The Opportunity We are looking for a motivated and professional Receptionist to join the team at ConnectAbility. This is a full-time position, with part-time arrangements considered for the right candidate. This role is responsible for the internal and external administrative support at our Warabrook office and will support members of the management team through the provision of information, resources and advice to ensure it meets its responsibilities in accordance with its legislative compliance. Key Responsibilities - Manage and maintain a welcome, organised and professional reception area.
- Answer all incoming calls professionally and redirect to the appropriate person
- Greet all visitors and guests in a polite, professional manner on arrival and manage sign in and out procedures.
- Provide administrative support in processing of incoming and outgoing mail/ correspondence.
- Manage relevant fleet including but not limited to repairs and maintenance, compliance and regulatory management; safety management; and data analysis.
- Manage meeting room calendar bookings and ensure all IT equipment is available and set up for organisational meetings.
- Assist in event preparation and management.
Essential Requirements: - Qualification: Certificate III in Business Administration or relevant experience.
Experience: Experience in the disability sector or willingness to develop this experience. Experience with graphic design platforms (Canva, or similar) and advanced Excell skills will be highly regarded. - Hours: Ability to work 8:00am - 4:00pm (or similar)

Technical Skills: Intermediate to advanced experience with data entry and Microsoft Office applications. Compliance: - Current NDIS Worker Check

- NDIS Worker Orientation Module completion certificate
- Current valid driver’s licence
